Pit Stop

Pit Stop

Pit Stop is a healthy lifestyle program based on a mechanical theme which is designed for people to look after their body in much the same way that they might look after their cars.

The participants can put themselves over the pits and have their Oil Pressure (blood pressure), Torsion (flexibility) or Exhaust Emissions (smoking) tested as well as other health checks to see if their body is in roadworthy condition or requires follow-up maintenance.
