Critics’ Choice 2008

The Critics’ Choice is an anti-tobacco education resource and competition aimed at primary and secondary students across Australia. Students watch and discuss anti-tobacco commercials from all over the world and vote on the commercial most likely to prevent them from smoking or encourage them to quit.

The most popular commercial for 2008 was What If Girl developed by the Washington State Department of Health receiving 565 votes.

Australian made commercials Didn’t Listen, Voice Within and Test Tube received second, third and fourth places with 283, 277 and 257votes respectively.
