Here are some ways to get yourself ready for quitting.

 

  • The Quit Pack will give you heaps of useful tips, ideas and information to help get you started on the right track.

  • Fill in a diary for a day or two.

    Writing down things like:

    • When you smoke
    • What triggered you to smoke
    • How you felt at the time

    This will help you work out what you’ll be dealing with when you quit.
